Elaine is a seasoned beauty professional with over 25 years of experience as an eyebrow specialist, makeup artist, and beauty consultant. She graduated from cosmetology school in 1998 and has been licensed by the California State Board ever since. Her career started at the 77 Maiden Lane Salon and Spa in San Francisco's Union Square, where she spent a couple of years training and perfecting her skills in makeup for television, film, and the San Francisco Nob Hill Magazine.

Elaine is a well-known brow and makeup specialist with diverse experience. She has provided wedding makeup services and taught clients how to do their makeup professionally. As a brow/lash and makeup educator at Blink Cosmetics in 2012, located in San Francisco, she received the best eyebrow shaping award from the San Francisco Magazine in 2016, recognizing her skills as an expert eyebrow specialist while her custom eyebrow-shaping techniques have helped clients achieve their desired brow shapes that frame and enhance their facial features.​

Elaine has been offering microblading services since 2017, when she became a certified microblading technician after undergoing extensive training in the technique of semi-permanent eyebrow makeup. She works with clients who wish to fill in sparse or overgrown eyebrows for a more defined and groomed look. While she specializes in microblading, Elaine understands that permanent makeup is not for everyone, and she takes a holistic approach to helping clients determine if microblading is right for them.
